Return Policy 

RETURNS

Our policy for returns NOT due to our errors lasts 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks). If 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, store credit or exchange. 

Our policy for returns DUE to our error (defects, damages, or wrong item) lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

 
To be eligible for store credit or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/stickers still attached, and it must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. 

Non-returnable items:

* Clearance or Sales 

To start a return, you can contact us at
emms.unlimited@gmail.com directly or use the "contact us" button on our website. Items returned to us without contacting us first will not be accepted. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Custom Accessories with obvious signs of use
* Custom Clothing with obvious signs of wear/use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit will be issued to you, in some situations credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days (Please visit your original payment method transaction/refund details for timeframes) 

Damages and Defects: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item within 5 days of receiving your order or we will not be able to accept a return. 

 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received store credit within 3-5 business days, please contact us at
emms.unlimited@gmail.com so, we can investigate it for you. In the case that you are receiving a refund to the original payment method, and you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or preorders cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
In rare circumstances (at Emms unlimited's discretion) we only replace items if they are defective or damaged, exchanged items in most cases will not be the same print/item as we don't always have the same product in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, we will do our best but, in most cases, cannot replace the exact item. Please send us an email at
emms.unlimited@gmail.com so, we can help you with an exchange/return. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and she/he will find out about your return. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Emms Unlimited. We will provide this shipping info after we have received your request by email (
emms.unlimited@gmail.com) Or by using the “Contact Us” tab on our website. 

 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit or refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
